COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Brian Lochrie serves as Communications Director for the South Orange County Economic Coalition. He is also the President of Communications LAB (and the “L” in LAB), Brian has been on the forefront of public affairs in Orange County since 2000.  Specializing in community outreach for water, power and roadway infrastructure projects, Brian understands how to develop strategic communications plans to target various audiences using a wide variety of media. 

 

Prior to public relations, Brian spent a decade in television news broadcasting and brings a wealth of expertise in video production and media relations to any team.  Brian and his partner in business and in life, Arianna Barrios (the “B” in LAB) lead a full-service public relations firm dedicated to communicating to the public in a transparent and engaging way.
