Treasurer

Victor Cao serves as the Treasurer for the South Orange County Economic Coalition. Victor brings to our board a wealth of knowledge in public affairs, government, housing, workforce and economic development. He currently excels professionally as Senior Vice President of Local Public Affairs for the California Apartment Association (CAA).

Victor was previously chief of staff for Orange County Supervisor Lisa Bartlett, Fifth District. In this position, he led several public policy initiatives throughout Orange County. Victor also has previous experience working for members of Congress in their Washington, D.C., offices and campaigns. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Victor is always looking for ways to give back to the community and currently serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including, Families Forward, OC Forum and OC Tax
