PAST CHAIR

Duane Cave is the former Chair of the South Orange County Economic Coalition. Duane also serves as President of Moulton Niguel Water District. He has worked for San Diego Gas & Electric for the past 45 years and is currently the External Relations Manager for South Orange County. Representing San Diego Gas and Electric and serving the cities of; Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano and the communities of; Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Los Flores and Rancho Mission Viejo.
