CHAIR-ELECT

Kelley Lee is the Chair of the South Orange County Economic Coalition. Kelley also serves as Government Relations Manager for Southern California Edison where she represents South Orange County cities and the County of Orange.

 

Prior to working for Edison, Kelley’s passion for public service contributed to her serving for fifteen years at the state and county levels of government. She served as a Senior Policy Advisor for Orange County Supervisor Lisa Bartlett where she handled legislation, California State Association of Counties (CSAC) and transportation policy. Kelley previously served in Strategic Communications at Orange County Transportation Authority where she managed outreach for the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and developed presentations for executives. Prior to her work at OCTA, Kelley served in a variety of roles for multiple representatives in the California State Assembly including District Director.

 

Kelley holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. She lives in Lake Forest with her husband and twin daughters.
